Judges 3:31-6:40

In this reading, the Israelite's again did not obey God's voice, and became impatient for God to deliver them. I have many times done the same, and am still learning that it is God's perfect timing we are to wait on, not "jump the gun" and try to solve the problem ourselves. In my experience, it just does not turn out well, and it surely does not please or glorify God which should always be my purpose.Though my battles are different from what the Israelite's were fighting against, the lesson is the same for all. Be patient and wait on the Lord, and our reward will be greater than we can fathom!

Acts 1:7-8  7And He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

Isaiah 40:31  But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Hope your day is blessed!
